AegeaArt
TOS-By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you (the commissioner) agree to not using the completed work in the development of future AI images/works, reproduction, or altering the work in any way without written consent from the artist AegeaArt.- During the development process, two periods for revisions/edits are available. During the sketch phase, up to three edits are allotted, while two edits during the inking process are allotted. Once rendering has begun, any changes requested will be subject to a $5 fee.- Payment for the commission is to be paid in full upfront. A downpayment of half the total is also acceptable, with the second half to be paid upon completion. Payment plans can be negotiated, but once the inking process has begun, at least half of the total value should be paid.- The artist will post WIPs (works in progress) once every two to three days and will respond to any inquiries within 24-48 hours of the initial message sent.- No commissions will be accepted for those who are under the age of 18.- If the commissioner has not responded to followup communications from the artist for at least one week, the commission will then be forfeit and any money sent will be refunded.- If the artist is not able to complete the commission in the allotted time or needs to cancel for any reason, a 100% refund is guaranteed.- The artist will not use any piece for merchandising purposes, but retains the right to use for self-promotion/portfolio samples.- Regardless of personal or commercial work, artist credit should be given in a visible area.- If the commissioner requests a rush on a piece, they agree to pay an additional fee of 50% of the total (ex: a rush on a $20 piece will total $30) and the due date should be clearly stated in the request.- The commissioner has first rights to posting the completed work unless given written permission for the artist to post first, in which case, the artist should be notified via message or tagging on X.- Once a work has been completed and accepted, there will be no refund or chargeback periods. Should a chargeback be initiated in spite of receiving and accepting the finished work, the commissioner will no longer be able to commission from the artist for any future works.- Cancellation requests should be sent 24-48 hours after the sketch has been sent. After this timeframe, the artist will charge a 25% cancellation fee, so 75% of the total
will be refunded.- The artist has the right to reject any requested piece.
